I began my career as a graphic designer and soon after, I started to take the web more seriously and was hired as a front-end web developer where I wrote front-end code to migrate a 45,000 page site into an XSLT-powered CMS. I eventually went back to my design roots and became a digital art director at a Portland-based advertising agency.
When the pull-to-refresh interaction was released into the wild, I witnessed the power of digital design first-hand so I left to work on digital products and the world of startups. To date, I've been able to work with over 30 startups of various stages ranging from early stage to pre-Series A all the way to post-Series A.
I'm currently working in the area between global brands and startups in the greatest city in the world.
